I provide personalized lactation care through in-home visits, and virtual consultations, and (when available) in-hospital support. Whether you’re preparing during pregnancy, navigating those first newborn days, or planning your return to work, I’ll meet you where you are with evidence-based guidance and ongoing encouragement.
🌟 Initial Lactation Consultation
60–90 minutes | $250 | In-home or Virtual*
Your first visit includes a full feeding assessment, history review, latch support, and a personalized care plan. We’ll work together to address your concerns and set you up for success.
👉 Perfect for: latching challenges, nipple pain, supply questions, newborn weight checks.
🌟 Follow-Up Consultation
45–60 minutes | $150 | In-home or Virtual*
A shorter visit to check progress, adjust your care plan, and provide ongoing support as your baby grows.
👉 Perfect for: follow-up weight checks, milk supply updates, pumping help, or fine-tuning feeding techniques.
🌟 Virtual Lactation Support
30–45 minutes | $100 | Secure video call
Convenient, flexible support for families outside my travel area or for quick troubleshooting between visits.
👉 Perfect for: pump setup, paced bottle feeding, flange fitting, back-to-work planning.

How to Prepare for Your Visit

Make sure your infant is hungry prior to visit so that we can assess a full feeding. Our recommendation is start a feeding about 2-3 hours prior to the visit so that your infant will be ready to eat again when we meet.

If you are supplementing, please have a bottle of expressed milk prepared.

Please have all available devices you are currently using with feedings (nipple shield, syringes, etc).

Breast pump and all accessories you are using.

Home Visits: We'll need a clean, flat surface to place our infant scale. As much as we love our furry children, please put away all pets prior to consultant's arrival.

Virtual Visits: Please make sure you are in a well lit area with reliable internet connection.
